Avare is a high-end condominium building located in the prestigious Kuala Lumpur City Center. A proposal was designed to reflect an oasis of calm in the heart of bustling Kuala Lumpur. However the concept was not selected as the client decided to on a totally opposite approach. The name (a collaborative effort with other consultants), Avare was paid for and adopted.
